DR5200 Radar Level Transmitter

The Drexelbrook DR5200 is a two wire open air radar level transmitter for measuring liquids, pastes and slurries.

The Drexelbrook DR5200 is a low cost non-contact radar level transmitter that uses FMCW technology. This radar level transmitter is loop powered and measures distance, level and volume of liquids, pastes and slurries.

Its PP and PTFE antenna options makes the DR5200 radar level transmitter is ideal for measuring the level of corrosive products.

The DR5200 comes in a modular design featuring horizontal or vertical position of housing which makes this product suitable for almost all installations.

The Bayonet housing cover permits easy opening and closing of the housing, even after years in service and the quick coupling system permits removal of the housing under process conditions and rotation of the housing through 360°.

The DR5200 radar level transmitter features an optional local display with an integrated 4-button keypad. It is not necessary to remove the housing cover to get access to the keypad.

This universal radar level transmitter is SIL2 compliant according to IEC 61508 for safety-related systems and for high/low demand mode operation.

A weather protection option is available and is recommended for outdoor applications.

DR2000 Guided Wave Radar

The Drexelbrook DR2000 guided wave radar employs field proven TDR Level (Time Domain Reflectometry) technology to provide accurate measurement of total level, distance or volumetric outputs on all liquids and slurries.

TDR Technology has been widely used for the DR2000 guided wave radar’s inherent ability to remain unaffected by variations in the process materials electrical characteristics.

Due to its modular design this loop powered guided wave radar is an economical and reliable solution for common applications where the horizontal and vertical housing position suits every installation.

The quick coupling system permits removal of the converter under process conditions and 360° rotation to make the display screen easy to read. The display keypad is dierctly accessible without opening the cover.

A remote converter can be installed up to 328 feet (100 m) from the probe.

The DR2000 guided wave radar is SIL2 compliant according to IEC 61508 for safety-related systems. A wide range of probes is available to cover a vast range of applications.

The DR2000 is available with an aluminium or stainless steel housing. A weather protection option is also available and is recommended for outdoor applications.

7010 Tilt Float Switch Assemblies

The 7010 tilt float switches from B/W Controls provide an economical liquid level solution for controlling sewage, effluent, many chemical solutions, as well as liquids in other hostile environments containing oil, grease or other similar industrial and municipal wastes where dependable liquid control is essential.

The B/W Controls float switches are tilt actuated liquid level controls, designed to operate pumps, valves, multiple alternators, relays, contactors, alarms and similar equipment for industrial and commercial use.

These float switches function as ideal pilot devices for the control of all B/W relays and controls panels.

Z-Tron IV Level Switch

The Z-Tron IV level switch is a one-piece on/off level switch suited for a wide variety of applications.

Unlike paddle wheels, vibrating tines or other mechanical instruments, the Z-Tron IV has no components to jam, break or wear out. No need for routine maintenance, cleaning or replacing of worn parts.

The Z-Tron IV level switch is one of our most popular on/off level switches offering an effective, low-cost material level detection in a wide variety of applications. It is widely used as an alternative to electromechanical level switches.

This level switch is unaffected by sticky coatings and impervious to corrosive liquids.

The Cote-Shield circuitry allows the Z-tron IV to ignore coatings or build up on the sensing element. No false signals from tunneling or dust will occour when using the Z-tron IV.

This level switch is a one-piece unit and is easily installed through a single 3/4-inch vessel opening.

Calibration is quick and simple and the Z-Tron IV does not require routine maintenance, cleaning or replacement of worn parts.

Our popular Universal IV CM Series is a high quality water cut meter, also known as a water cut monitor or BS&W, with a range of 0-50% in light oil and 0-80% in heavy oil.

It is built upon the Drexelbrook expertise in RF Admittance that allows the electronics to ignore paraffin and other coatings that buildup on the probe.

The Universal IV CM features a unique Cote Shield that is designed into the Universal IV CM series and enables the instrument to ignore a pre-determined length of the sensing element.

This water cut meter comes with a Perm-A-Seal sensing element that does not require epoxy coatings that wear out and require expensive servicing.

Using this water cut meter together with our HRTWin or new Stexplorer PC software field configuration is possible from anywhere along the two wire loop.
