Didirikan pada tahun 1904, penawaran produk USG meliputi tabung Bourdon dan diaphragm capsule pengukur tekanan mulai dari ukuran 1.5 inci sampai 6 inci; dengan kuningan, stainless steel, atau internal Monel.
We manufacture a complete line of diaphragm seals for every application. Our CNC machines can make bottoms out of 21 different materials including: 316 SST, 3 grades of Hastelloy, 2 types of Inconel, and many others. Diaphragms are available from 18 different materials, including 316 SST, Hastelloy C, MONEL, TEFLON and many others.
Type C Sanitary Diaphragm Seals
M&G C Series diaphragm seals feature a simple, one-piece design with diaphragms fastened directly onto the top housing. Type C seals are crafted of 316 stainless steel with quick-couples that meet 3A Standards per specification 37-01 for use in sanitary piping applications in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and other industries requiring extreme levels of purity.
Type C Series diaphragm seal elements are designed to mount on tees or welding ferrules. Their design allows for fast, efficient removal and installation for flushing or changing process media, line cleanout, and equipment washdown situations. Seal pressure and temperature specifications are determined by the sanitary piping system limitations.

Pressure ranges are available from vacuum to 10,000 psi, with outputs including 4-20mV, 0-5V, 1-6V, 1-5V, 0.5-4.5V. Any unit offered is available for customization to meet your precise requirements.
IDT Instrinsically Safe & Explosion Proof Transmitters
Our IDT intrinsically safe pressure transmitters are specially designed for use in hazardous area pressure measurement applications that require a compact design, like skids or Christmas trees for the oil and gas industry. This Intrinsically safe pressure sensor includes approvals FM US and FM Canada, ATEX, and IECEx for worldwide users’ pressure measurement requirements.
The IDT offers premium performance and versatility in a compact design, for use for many applications including upstream oil and gas, general industrial end users, skid builders, and OEM’s. The IDT offers precision accuracy at +/- 0.2% FS (BFSL) typical. The design incorporated a stainless steel isolation diaphragm (option Monel or Hastelloy) and 316 stainless steel housing for use with most media types.
The IDT pressure ranges go from a full vacuum to 5000 psig, or vacuum to 340 BAR, in absolute, compound, gauge, or vacuum pressure types. This transmitter accepts both regulated and unregulated excitation voltages and provides output signals in 4-20 ma, 0-5 VDC, 1-5 VDC, 1-6 VDC or 0.5 to 4.5 VDC. The IDT pressure sensor is manufactured in the USA.
AMETEK’s Submersible Level Transmitters are one of the most complete lines in the industry for measuring industrial and water/wastewater plant level. From the low cost Model SDT with a light weight 316 Stainless Steel body that can measures levels up to 345 feet, to the Model 575 and 675 with a 316 Stainless Steel body and Hastelloy diaphragm that can measure up to 690 feet with CSA intrinsically safe approval for hazardous locations, such as lift stations, process sludge tanks, AMETEK offers a series of different products to meet your level needs.
LevelMate III Level System
The customized LevelMate III meter displays data from any AMETEK submersible level transmitter, provides excitation voltage and transmits an analog signal for remote recording, alarm or control functions. It is easy to calibrate by front panel adjustments. Its programmable relay permits set and reset programming. The large, easy-to-read LED display gives local indication while the optional isolated analog output can interface with ancillary display, recording or control devices. Combined into one convenient package, the AMETEK LevelMate III Level System provides you with the most versatile level measurement system on the market!
AMETEK-PMT pressure transducer product line included pressure and differential transducers that meet Naval and Marine standards QPL-MIL-R-24212C(SH), QPL-MIL-D-24304B (SH), or MIL-T-24742 (SH). Units are available with a 4-20mA, or 0-5V output in pressure ranges up to 6000 psi.
742 Marine/Naval Pressure Transducers
The Model 742 and 742D pressure transducer family meet the military standard MIL-T-24742 for pressure and differential transducers and are available with either a 4-20mV or 0-5V output for military and marine pressure sensor applications. They have a compact, lightweight design, only weighing 18 oz. These units have a +/- 1% accuracy, and are available in absolute, vacuum, compound, and gauge pressure ranges from 30” Hg vacuum to 10,000 psi and the differential pressure unit is available from 10 inches of water to 600 psi.
The pressure connections conform to MS16142. Installation is easy, as the Model 742 and 742D are direct replacements for any MIL-T-24742 designed transducer because the mounting is designed to match the existing footprint for quick, no hassle installation. Calibration is easy with the non-interacting zero and span adjustments.
These models can be customized for specific user requirements. Please contact us to see how we can help you with a pressure measurement solution that fits your exact needs.

Model 40 Pneumatic Pressure Controller
AMETEK-PMT Model 40 Pneumatic Pressure Controllers automatically position a valve or other final control element to maintain process pressure at the desired set point. The Model 40 Pneumatic Controller works as a receiving controller that can control any process variable transmitted as a pneumatic signal. The units are available with control modes of 100% proportional, 200% proportional plus resent, and 300% proportional plus reset, plus rate (PID) for processes with frequent load changes. They have been tested and meet and exceed the EPA Quad Zero requirement <6 SCFH bleed rate when used on natural gas supply.
Standard models have proportional band adjustments for controlling processes where load changes are infrequent and can be corrected by the manual reset feature, standard in every controller. They have large, easy to read dials. Field calibration is easy on this units, by a simple screwdriver adjustment, the standard proportional controller can be changed to on/off control action with adjustable differential gap.
The basic instrument is also available as an indicating pneumatic transmitter. Mounted close to the point of measurement, it transmits an air pressure signal proportional to the measured variable to another indicator, recorder, or controller.
The Model 40 product line has a lead time of 4 weeks or less, and are Made in the USA at our Horsham, PA manufacturing plant.
